Maintaining COE Accreditation
In order to maintain accreditation by COE, an institute must:
- Keep the Council up to date on all program names, length, and active status
- Inform the Council of any major changes regarding the institution
- Submit institutional annual reports
- Submit financial reports
- Keep a complete accreditation file
- Schedule advisory committee meetings
- Reaffirm accreditation 2-6 years after initial accreditation
- Be prepared for an unannounced focus review by the Council
